According to the reports, the union members and employees of United Kingdom Railway are planning to walk out one more round of protests in the month of October. The employees are protesting for better working and pay conditions. Though over the last few months, the strikes of rail had left a major effect on people who uses the railway for travelling. Lastly, the train strikes happened on the 21st of June, 23rd of July, 25th of July, 27th of July, 30th of July, then the 18th of August, and 20th of August.

As per the reports, the news is true, on Saturday, 8th October 2022 there will be a major train strike which will again affect the people of the UK. The media reports stated that Saturday will watch the largest walkout of the year. Earlier, a big action was scheduled in the month of September but that was cancelled because of the demise of the Queen. In the 1st week the month of October itself, there have been a report of 2 major rail strikes in the United Kingdom. The first strike was held on Saturday, 1st October 2022. That strike was conducted by both the RMT and ASLEF unions. After that, the 2nd strike was held on Wednesday, 5th October 2022 but this strike was held by the ASLEF union. Now the reports are suggesting that the Saturday, 8th October 2022 strike will be held by the RMT union. According to the news, the affected rail firms will be TransPennine Express, CrossCountry, Great Western Railway, West Midlands Railway, East Midlands Railway, Avanti West Coast and many others. During the time of protest days, some people were not able to go to the office or other workplaces and other people had to postpone or cancel their plans which they made on weekends. The simple reason is that the strike happened on weekends as most people use trains for travelling. Now, this protest news once again upset the people who already made their plans for Saturday. People want to know is really true that tomorrow will be another train strike.
