The footage, where McVie’s final performance with Christine was shot, was uploaded online and the performance was heartbreaking as Christine said her final words while performing. As per the reports, Christine passed away on the 30th of November 2022, Wednesday and she was 79 years old at the time of her death. It was revealed that she passed away after battling a short-term illness, however, the illness was not been mentioned or disclosed publicly yet. The last time Christine was seen in public was back when she performed for McVie back on the 20th of November 2022, and it was her last performance along with the band members.

Other than that, Christine performed for the very last time for her single performance on the 25th of February 2022, and it was in London Palladium Stadium. His solo performance was a tribute to the former late Fleetwood Mac founding member, Peter Green. Christine performed along with the Fleetwood and she joined the band back in 1970 and gave some of the biggest hits of all time including Little lies, everywhere, and Songbird. They had a massive tour or show back in 2019 called the dream fest show where they performed many songs like The Chain, Dreams, Little lies., Second and news, Say you Love me., Gypsy, Everywhere, Oh Well, landslide, etc.

Fleetwood fans were shocked to hear about Christine passing away and they posted about it soon as they received the news. Several videos were posted in honour of Christine and they paid tribute to the member. Fleetwood as well posted on social media and said that they were lucky to have the time they had with her and that even if she is individually performing or with the group, they always cherished her and had many memories with her. Songbird was one of her latest songs while singing it on stage, Christine said that she is sceptical about her return on the stage. Christine said that she is very excited but she won’t make it again as her condition is getting worse. Fans posted their tributes and said that they were shocked to hear about the demise. A huge Tweets line was seen online where people posted a number of videos of Christine performing. One of the Twitter users added that Christine passed away and it was her final bow when she sang her final song Songbird. Another user added that it was terrible that Christine McVie passed away after she sang Songbird. They added that she flew away with a Songbirds song for the final time. Christine ended her performance by paying tribute to her group Fleetwood Mac and it was her way to honor the early days of their group. The group will now find it hard to move away from the great loss.
